Man, I felt in a 70's movie for a moment.
Great version, very "faithful" to the original. I loved that "disco-funky" vibe.
The ending felt a little strange to me, but is just a minor detail.

Nice track man, I liked a lot that "mini bridge" on the middle and the brass hits, this would have fit robot day greatly.

Aterum responds:

Thank you I'm glad you liked it, haha yeah the brass hits were one of the first things that came along inspiring the rest of the track.

Nice piece, all the sounds seem to "blend" well together (good EQ), some extra panning is needed imo when there are 2 lines at the same time and volume, and also lowering a little the volume on line that is going to be background so it really feels like background. I hope this helps.

Nice track, I like the instruments, changes and harmony details, but specially, its simple and shiny sound combined with the mood of the song. The main instrument it's a little high in volume, which is more noticeable around the middle part, but its not a big deal.
I can imagine this as a loop as well as a song. Solid work.

Hello YukkiHonoka.
I won't rate or vote this time, (so this isn't really a zero) but I would like to give you my impressions on your track. I think you have an interesting voice and style, but this piece isn't the best for it. When you sing in the lower notes, it sounds well pitched and secure, but in the high notes, the pitch goes off and sounds a little forced. I would like to hear you singing in a piece adequate for your range to really know what you are capable of. I like this song, but I know it isn't an easy one.
I hope this review was constructive and helpful for you. See you around.

YukkiHonoka responds:

I meant to add power, so it probably sounded like forcing, but no. E4 is the highest note (not high) in the song, but I probably went too sharp and just blind to it to have cared. I'll work on improving adding stress and power if it sounded weird.

I was watching the artwork while listening the track, it fits nicely. Good work.

Cheers man, glad you like it!

I'm not sure how, but this track sounds atmospheric and full of action at the same time, It has this endless tense feel on it, and that ominous drum really adds to it. Nicely done.

Great piece man, I like the sounds, the changes, the lines and pretty much everything.
A little more strength on the drumset to remark the intention is all this one needs (i.m.o).
Solid work.

Interesting stuff.
I have to admit I didn't get the idea at the first play, I got a little distracted by all those custom beats, rhythms and rolls, but after a couple of listens, I managed to follow "the line" of this track, was some sort of acquired taste (in a good sense). I liked all the experimentation with the drum patterns and the synth lines, the only thing I feel out of place with the rest is that "rubber bass" around 1:45.

SilverFoxJams responds:

Yeah, I put a handful of different beats in that, huh? XD I think I used 3 different kind of bass sounds, and those few variations of synths for the main melody, and the background melodies during the second variation... I created those from my VST. :)

Mastering it's a little messy indeed, but still an enjoyable piece.
Do I "smell" some FL-Slayer ?

DESHIEL responds:

yap don't have anything else other than fl slayer.

There's so many things I don't understand , and I'm not sure if I want to.
