Your Dad made a damn good point referencing "Lord of the flies"
We humans as children are still in a savage, incomplete, larva state.
In order to achieve "civilization", guidance of experience people and a solid structure and discipline is needed, no way around it.

SilverFoxJams responds:

I know, right? He's one of the smartest people I know! :) My Dad says, "We're the two wheels to your axis."

You really love your spooks don't you ?
Me too man, great sounds, melody, harmony and composition.
I would've liked better a tuba instead of the bass voice on the first part, but that is just personal taste.
Back ground noises and whispers really add to the atmosphere on part 2.

Azhthar responds:

Thanks a lot! Yes, spooky stuff is good ;) I might consider to do a remake of some of my older tracks and throw all the spooky stuff together for an album... Anyway... Glad you like it ;) I chose the bass voice because I liked the imagination that some haunts are singing and dancing in the room. Maybe I´ll redo a faster orchestral version of this track, though, because I think this might work as well.

Nice and energetic, very adequate for a game.
It could use a bit of sub-bass to increase the intensity. I like the chromatic line (around 0:16).
If you make it all the way on chromatic quarter notes back and fort, it could turn into the highlight of this piece.

demon1000 responds:

Thanks LexaHergon!

Keep questioning those who are on top !

SilverFoxJams responds:

Oh I will. I'm just getting started! I intend to keep exposing the crimes these sick power abusers have committed!

I say keep it, just give the delay a little less feedback volume to give it a cleaner sound.
The synth doing the chords has a nice sound, but if was a bit shorter or had a quicker decay will be even better. Cool beat and bass.

ADR3-N responds:

Thanks for the feedback. Usually heavy delay and slow decays are in this style, but I kinda see what you mean. Hopefully next mix won't be a case of hindsight 20/20!

Great work man.
It is difficult to find complex music that is also easy to follow and enjoy, and that's what you did here.
Overall sound it's a bit "opaque" but it is a minor detail.

Chris354 responds:

Thanks for that. It's a bit harder to write in that style and yet keep it developed, though it's more about keeping it developed and getting the parts to interact with each other - this is sometimes easier said than done when you're testurria is clamped down.

And sadly I somehow don't have the equipment to deal with that opaque sound - something I lost when I managed to lose a program due to a computer transfer...

So far, so good.
Nice progression, melody could use some extra "catchyness".

Demonic-Overmind responds:

Thanks, by extra "catchyness" you mean adding some more effects to the melody or changing it a bit?

Liking this track a lot.
This song needs 2 things to be even better :
a) A little bit less low freqs on the bass drum.
b) Being included in a cool video game stage.

Solid and catchy as hell !

ADR3-N responds:

Low freqs? Are they too head-throbby? damn. I thought the kick had too much high! Thanks for the review!

Nice track man.
The melody on the mandolin (?) is catchy, chord progression and voice make a good combination, I noticed something strange, maybe the panning, sounds like it suddenly changes when the melody line ends and the voice starts, but it is a minor thing.

PapoFuradoPA responds:

Thank you, dude!
You're aewsome!!! Always here... tnx!

There's so many things I don't understand , and I'm not sure if I want to.
